Study Abroad | Applications Open for the 2026 Fall Semester MOE Xuehai Feiyang Study Abroad Scholarship

Application Period

July 27, 2026 (Mon) – August 10, 2026 (Mon), 5:00 PM (UTC+8)

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be currently enrolled at Feng Chia University and have completed at least one semester.
• Be accepted into a credit-bearing exchange program (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau) for at least one semester.
• Meet the host university's academic and language requirements.
• Remain enrolled at FCU during both the application and study abroad periods.
• Not receiving any other Taiwan government-funded study abroad scholarship concurrently.

Scholarship Coverage

The scholarship may cover:

• Round-trip economy-class airfare
• Living expenses
• Tuition fees

Minimum award: NT$60,000

Academic Requirements

• Undergraduate students: Top 30% of the class.
• Graduate students: Minimum cumulative average of 80.
• Meet the host university's language requirements.

Required Documents

• Application Form
• Chinese official transcript (including GPA and class ranking for the 2025–2026 Spring Semester)
• Language proficiency certificate
• 1,500-word Study Abroad Proposal
